Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay in Copenhagen, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in one of the city's most iconic Modernist buildings. This architectural masterpiece, designed by the legendary Vilhelm Lauritzen, provided a unique backdrop for my exploration of the city. The blend of traditional charm with modern amenities was truly captivating.I was delighted to discover hidden gems of the city with the help of the concierge desk, offering the convenient option of purchasing Copenhagen Cards. These cards granted access to free transportation and discounted entry to various museums and attractions, allowing for a seamless and enriching experience.Exploring the largest art museum in the country, the SMK, was a highlight of my trip, further deepening my appreciation for the arts and culture of Denmark. The revamped interiors of PETRI, complemented by casual dining options, created a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. One particularly striking detail was the green, frond-covered central lamp hanging from the ceiling, resembling a prehistoric bird's nest. This unique touch added a sense of whimsy to the sleek and sophisticated design of the space.my stay in this renowned Modernist building was a perfect opportunity to discover the best of Copenhagen. The staff were professional and friendly, enhancing my experience with their attentive service. I highly recommend this accommodation for travelers seeking a harmonious blend of history, architecture, and modern comforts.
